CA Pradeep Pal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the founder of the firm with over 20 years of experience in the profession. He is also a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management.

He has worked with a German Multinational for almost 15 years in various positions such as Chief Financial Controller – Indian Operations, CFO Indian Operations and Chief Executive Officer of a Business Unit. He has also served as Board Member in the two Indian subsidiaries of the German Group.

He has extensive knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions. Strategic & Tactical Financial Management, Corporate Governance. Ind AS, IFRS, Commercial and Labour Laws. He has worked to create a high-performance environment with a highly visible leadership commitment to quality in all verticals. He is visionary and far-sighted professional having pitched his sight on steering this firm to pinnacle of glory by providing end-to-end solution.

He has held various positions in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at both the Branch as well as Central Level. He was the Secretary of Bhilai Branch of CIRC of ICAI for the period 2004-2005. He was the Member of Financial Reporting and Review Board (FRRB) of ICAI for the period 2017-2018 and has been Special Invitee to Ethical Standards Board of ICAI for the period 2019-2020.

He is currently the Chairman of Bhilai Branch of CIRC of ICAI for the period 2022-2023.

He was also Member of Finance Panel – Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Chhattisgarh between 2009-2010 to 2014-2015.

CA Amit Mohanlal Mundhada is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2008. He has vast experience in internal audits, statutory audits of banks, corporate clients. His core area of practice is Business & Risk Advisory, Direct Taxation, Audit, Project Finance and representing on behalf of clients before various government authorities.

CA Ajay Somani is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2003. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India.

He has completed Post Qualification Certificate Course on Cooperatives, Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks and Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has an extensive and in-depth experience in Audit & Assurance, Investment Advisory, Direct Tax matters and Tax Due Diligence. He is representing Income Tax matters upto Commissioner (Appeals).

He has held various positions in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at the Branch Level. He was the Secretary of Bhilai Branch of CIRC of ICAI for the period 2016-2017 and the Vice Chairman of Bhilai Branch of CIRC of ICAI for the period 2018-2019.
